Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on talent acquisition in fast-growing tech or agency.
• Proven track record of high-quality hires at speed.
• Strong communication and ability to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, pipeline management, offers and candidate comms.
• Be the person candidates remember with a fast, warm process and exceptional impression.
• Build deep knowledge of talent markets, where the best people are and what moves them.
• Spot bottlenecks and fix processes or sourcing channels to improve speed and quality.
