Job summary

Conduct is seeking its first recruiting hire to define talent acquisition from scratch. You will own the full lifecycle end-to-end for every role, partnering with founders and hiring managers to set the bar high and build the strongest enterprise-tech team.

You will shape how Conduct is perceived in competitive markets, build infrastructure, and work across London and NYC to scale rapidly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on recruiting in fast-growing tech environments.
• Strong technical recruiting chops across engineering, product, and design.
• Creative sourcing to build pipelines beyond active postings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated point of view on talent and hiring bar.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for all roles and stages.
• Define what great looks like with founders and hiring managers.
• Build infrastructure: scoring, templates, and playbooks.
• Manage multiple complex searches without compromising quality.
• Leverage external partners when appropriate and effective.
• Shape Conduct's employer brand and candidate experience.
