Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in strategy/consulting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations and data analysis. You will collaborate with senior leaders and advance Employee Platform’s agenda globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy or management consulting, internal consulting, technology strategy, or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems with analytical tools.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of well-scoped workstreams within Employee Platform initiatives.
• Develop project-specific content and domain knowledge to support objectives.
• Structure and scope strategic agendas and solutions with senior leadership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate creation of executive presentations and actionable insights.
• Facilitate collaboration across business units and tech teams.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks in transformation initiatives.
