Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking an Agentic Technology Senior Manager to accelerate AI adoption across the digital workplace. The role blends hands-on prototypes with strategic technology leadership to deliver enterprise-scale capabilities in Microsoft 365, Copilot and associated automation tools.

You will partner with engineering, security and operations to ensure scalable, secure solutions, define architectural patterns and governance, and translate emerging tech trends into practical opportunities

Qualifications

Senior technical contributor with hands-on experience in AI/automation.
Experience defining technology strategies and architectural standards.
Ability to align tech innovation with business outcomes and strategic goals.
Broad knowledge of cloud, security, collaboration tech and enterprise integration.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI platforms and related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead exploration and validation of emerging AI and agentic technologies to create business value.
Design, prototype and test proof-of-concepts for feasibility, scalability, security and ROI.
Act as technical authority for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents and automation platforms.
Identify repeatable patterns and engineering approaches to scale prototypes into enterprise capabilities.
Develop success metrics and value realization frameworks for AI technologies.
Shape the future direction of the AI-enabled workplace with strategic recommendations.
Partner with engineering, security, architecture and operations to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and startups to influence roadmaps and identify opportunities.
