Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager to lead technology due diligence in M&A contexts, advising on carve-outs, integrations and TSA strategies. You will partner with private equity teams and client CIOs/CTOs to shape day‑1 readiness and operating models for transformational outcomes.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, develop 100‑day plans, and drive value creation through technology-enabled efficiency and risk management within fast‑paced transaction environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology due diligence across complex technology estates.
• Ability to quantify standalone costs and TSA needs in carve-out scenarios.
• Proven track record shaping day‑1 readiness and target operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology due diligence across target tech estates.
• Evaluate separation and integration options with cost and timeline insight.
• Develop 100‑day integration and transformation plans with clear value routes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive insights for clients.
• Mentor juniors and lead internal initiatives within EY Parthenon.
