Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology programs end-to-end.
• Exposure to financial services, life & pensions is desirable.
• Strong background in regulatory and risk change delivery.
• Proven ability to drive modernization through cloud, automation, and digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own E2E Delivery: lead medium-to-high complexity technology programs with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Establish governance, risk management, and compliance across initiatives.
• Engage senior leadership to secure buy-in and demonstrate benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.
