Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to drive a major five-year transformation within Group Protection. You will own day-to-day delivery across technology, business and supplier teams, turning complex data into clear actions for senior stakeholders.

You will lead governance, budgeting and cross-team alignment in an environment using Jira and Confluence to validate progress and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale technical transformation programmes.
Delivery of complex technology projects with clear governance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery across a large transformation programme.
Coordinate engineering, business, architecture and supplier workstreams.
Validate progress against scope using Jira/Confluence.
Manage plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Drive Agile planning, backlog management and release coordination.
Prepare executive updates and governance materials.
Facilitate governance forums and ensure actions are followed through.
Build strong relationships across teams to remove blockers.
