Job summary

The Games Academy, in partnership with Falmouth University, is seeking a Stores Assistant to support students in loaning equipment and to manage the technical stores area. You will ensure safe storage, accurate data entry, and tidy workspace while assisting with demonstrations and set-up for sessions.

Ideal candidates possess experience in client-facing roles, strong IT and communication skills, and a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication with students and staff.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail to maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with loaning equipment and keep the storage area tidy.
• Accurately input data into the Falmouth Stores booking system.
• Set up, maintain, test and demonstrate equipment to students, teaching staff and external customers.
