Job summary

Falmouth Staffing Ltd is seeking a Stores Assistant for The Games Academy to support students in loaning equipment, ensure safe storage, and input data into the stores system. The role includes set-up, demonstrations, and maintaining an organised stores area, with evening and occasional weekend hours.

The successful candidate will have good IT skills and the ability to work independently and within a team, building good relationships with all users of the stores.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage students.
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Support students in loaning equipment and data entry into the booking system.
• Set up, maintain and demonstrate equipment to students, staff and external customers.
• Keep the technical stores area tidy and well maintained and work within flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
