Job summary

Accelero in Cardiff is seeking a Technical Consultant to sit at the heart of its sales engine. The role is hybrid with some travel and a £50k salary, offering a customer-facing, solutions-focused environment.

You’ll handle presales and consultancy tasks, review and design solutions, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure what is sold can be delivered. Hybrid setup, with funded certifications and a car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and qualifying customer requirements alongside account managers.
• Auditing existing customer environments to inform solution design
• Scoping solutions and producing proposals, statements of work and bills of materials.
• Leading technical conversations in customer meetings, discovery workshops and pitches
• Supporting the sales team — answering technical queries, sizing opportunities, removing blockers.
• Presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working with delivery/engineering to make sure what's sold can be delivered cleanly.
