Job summary

SafeContractor in Cardiff is seeking a Technical Support Officer to assist the Audit Services team with desktop assessments of accreditation documents. You will deliver technical support by phone and email, ensuring a first-class customer experience in a hybrid work setup.

The role reports to the Technical Team Manager, offers a £25,752 annual salary, 3 days in the office, enhanced parental leave, generous annual leave, healthcare, and a clear training path toward health and safety

Qualifications

Customer service experience and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written English for phone and email support.
Ability to apply quality processes and spot discrepancies.
Team player who works well in a close-knit team.
Interest in health and safety or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete pre-audit checks on customer information before full audit.
Conduct pre-audit checks to ensure all required information are collated.
Provide feedback to customers and gather missing information for pre-audit checks.
Assist customers with improvements to pass audit and achieve accreditation.
Provide health and safety guidance; training provided.
