Job summary

Machine Mart Ltd in Gateshead is seeking a customer-focused sales advisor to join a small team and help customers choose from our range of technical equipment. You will explain products clearly, offer honest advice, and build rapport to exceed customer expectations.

You will work up to 36 hours per week with paid breaks and access to staff discounts, healthcare plans, a company pension, life cover, and training opportunities to promote internal progression.

Qualifications

Experience selling technical products to customers.
Experience in a retail customer service environment.
Experience dealing with customers.
Knowledge of our product range is advantageous.
Good numeracy and accuracy.
Basic computer literacy.
