Job summary

Machine Mart are seeking a customer-focused retail sales assistant in Wolverhampton to join a small team and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll explain technical equipment clearly and help customers choose the right products, working up to 45 hours per week with overtime paid or time off in lieu.

You’ll have experience selling technical products, a background in retail customer service, and strong numeracy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Join a small team of 4-6 staff and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Explain technical equipment in an understandable way to customers.
• Work up to 45 hours per week; all extra time paid or taken as time off in lieu.
• Aim to exceed customer expectations and build rapport with customers.
• Support the team in achieving challenging sales targets.
