Job summary

Machine Mart, the UK’s leading specialist retailer of workshop power tools and equipment, is seeking a motivated sales adviser for our Catford store. You will deliver a great customer experience, explain technical products clearly, and build rapport with customers as you guide them through their purchases.

You’ll contribute to meeting ambitious sales targets while working in a small team, supported by staff discounts, a company pension, life cover, and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Previous experience selling technical products to customers.
• Retail customer service experience.
• Experience dealing with customers.
• Knowledge of our product range.
• Strong accuracy and numeracy.
