Job summary

LENNOXVALE is seeking an Associate General Counsel in Northern Ireland to join a high-performing in-house legal team. You will lead on complex software licensing, technology agreements and professional services, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role offers cross-functional exposure across sales, product, engineering and operations. You will provide strategic legal guidance on a wide range of matters including IP, privacy, corporate compliance and cross-border contracts, with a view to

Qualifications

UK/Ireland qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in top-tier private practice and/or in-house.
Experience in technology sector focusing on software licensing, data privacy, IP and regulatory matters.
Ability to lead on high-value tech agreements and advise senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex tech contracts.
Provide strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and operations.
Advise on IP, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and cross-border issues.
Support international expansion and standardisation of legal documentation across jurisdictions.
