Job summary

LENNOXVALE is seeking an ambitious Associate General Counsel to join its high-performance in-house legal team in Northern Ireland. This pivotal role involves leading complex tech contracts and providing strategic legal guidance across the business, with a strong emphasis on data privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the General Counsel and shape commercial outcomes while supporting global expansion.

Qualifications

UK/Ireland solicitor with 5+ PQE in technology sector or private practice.
In-house experience in technology sector preferred.
Experience drafting complex technology contracts, IP, data privacy.
Proficient with AI tools for legal tasks.
Ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and execute complex software licensing and tech agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders across sales, product, engineering and operations.
Advise on IP, data privacy, corporate and regulatory compliance.
Support international expansion and standardisation of documentation across jurisdictions.
Balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
