Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex tech contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders.
• Support international expansion and standardisation of docs across jurisdictions.
• Advise on IP, data privacy, compliance.
• Balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
