Job summary

KX is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our global legal team. You will lead on complex technology transactions, provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders across sales, product, engineering and operations, and ensure robust IP, data privacy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role is hybrid and based in the UK or Ireland, with responsibilities spanning multiple jurisdictions and a strong focus on software licensing and enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in private practice and/or in-house roles.
• Strong in-house experience in technology sector.
• Experience drafting complex software licenses and professional services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation and execution of high-value software licenses and technology agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders across sales, product, engineering and operations.
• Advise on IP, data privacy, regulatory compliance and cross-jurisdiction issues.
• Support international expansion and standardisation of legal documents across jurisdictions.
