Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our Reading team. You will manage local routes with 40–50 stops daily, using Saturn handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a C1 licence, CPC/DQC accreditation, and 6 months’ experience. You will load/unload parcels, stay active, and represent our brand with professionalism on every drop-off.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and able to perform lifting involved in the job.
• Values: respectful to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes with 40–50 stops daily.
• Utilize Saturn handheld devices for route management and proof of delivery.
• Load and unload parcels safely using appropriate equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers to uphold DPD standards.
