Job summary

Computacenter invites graduates to join a 16‑month Technology Sales Graduate Programme starting in September 2027, located in London or Hatfield. The role blends base salary with performance‑related bonuses, offering an earning potential of up to £35,000 OTE as you rotate across the business and learn core sales skills.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentor support and exposure to leading brands while building relationships with customers and partners across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject or 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong interest in technology and how it helps customers solve business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Proactive, motivated with the drive to learn and develop throughout the programme.
• Available to start the 16‑month Technology Sales Graduate Programme in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Spend rotations across different areas of the business to understand Computacenter and how we support customers.
• Build knowledge of technology, products and solutions to help customers achieve goals.
• Develop core sales skills through practical activities, presentations, training and coaching.
• Gain hands-on experience creating customer-facing materials and supporting real opportunities and campaigns.
• Attend partner site visits and industry events to broaden exposure to the tech industry.
• Develop personal brand and stakeholder engagement for long-term career progression.
• Work towards external sales training and recognised qualifications.
