Venn is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to own the marketing strategy and drive growth in a SaaS technology environment. You will shape brand, content, digital and lead generation while collaborating with leadership and sales to create a strong market presence.

The role requires a deep understanding of technology marketing and experience turning products into measurable business outcomes. Office-based, senior leadership collaboration, and direct impact on revenue are key elements.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing experience in technology/SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of B2B technology marketing and lead generation.
• Proven track record delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content, SEO, social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Build brand positioning and ensure a consistent message across channels.
• Create and execute campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and qualified leads.
• Lead the digital marketing team: website, SEO, paid campaigns, email and social media.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition.
• Use data and analytics to measure marketing performance and ROI.
• Manage budget, freelancers or suppliers as needed.
• Identify new marketing channels, technologies and opportunities for growth.
• Support product launches, events, partnerships and other initiatives.
