VirtuHire is looking for a mid-to-senior level Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help grow our brand, online presence and client pipeline.

This hands-on role requires developing strategy while executing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and understand how to use marketing to generate awareness, leads and new clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B/tech or professional services.
• Experience delivering end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Hands-on expertise with social media, content and digital marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute VirtuHire's overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and grow VirtuHire's LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok presence.
• Manage and improve VirtuHire website, including content, SEO and lead generation opportunities.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communications.
• Create engaging content including written content, short-form video and thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities to generate new clients and inbound leads through digital marketing.
• Explore and develop podcast, video and other content opportunities for VirtuHire.
• Identify relevant PR agencies, publications, podcasts and industry partnerships in the UK and US.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Stay up to date with new marketing platforms, trends, AI tools and opportunities.
