Job summary

VE3 is seeking a commercially minded Head of Marketing to strengthen our market presence and support growth across IT consulting, managed services, technology solutions and proprietary products.

You will own marketing strategy and execution, translating complex capabilities into clear propositions that resonate with business leaders, technology decision-makers and public-sector buyers. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with substantial leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience in IT consulting, technology services, or related enterprise software.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and supporting long, complex sales cycles.
• Experience blending brand development, demand generation, content, digital marketing and sales enablement.
• Understanding of UK enterprise buyers and public-sector marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with VE3’s growth priorities and revenue goals.
• Establish a clear brand narrative across consulting, managed services, platforms, products and accelerators.
• Lead demand generation and account-based marketing with integrated campaigns.
• Shape go-to-market plans for services and products; produce sales assets.
• Lead the marketing team, manage budgets, and implement CRM and marketing automation.
