Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Tech Risk and Controls Lead to define and uplift technology risk and controls across the organisation. You will design and refine risk frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with product, engineering, and control teams to embed best practices.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with senior stakeholder communication to translate technical risk into business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating COBIT, ITIL and NIST frameworks
• 1LoD Technology Risk and Control experience; operability across Tech and Cyber operations
• Experience in Technology Operations or Service Management incl. service transition, incident and problem management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional GRC programs and initiatives
• Communicate program status and key decisions to senior stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks; implement contingency plans
• Partner with stakeholders to iteratively design, implement and operate risk frameworks
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in risk practices
