Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Risk Intelligence & Advisory Communications to assess risk and control information, identify emerging risk themes, and craft communications for senior decision makers and stakeholders.

You will provide SME support to technology owners, ensuring controls operate effectively and comply with regulatory standards. Build enterprise risk posture reporting with cross-functional collaboration and advanced data analysis.

Qualifications

5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity or related field.
CISSP, CRISC or comparable qualification, or formal training in risk management.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective identification, quantification and communication of technology risk with root-cause analyses.
Analyse cybersecurity and technology information to identify patterns and deliver risk intelligence.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and draft executive-ready reporting.
Develop relationships with technology, risk, and data officers to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Govern controls, policies, issue management and measurements and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and suggest enhancements to strengthen risk posture.
Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing and action-plan management with human review.
