Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead (VP) to strengthen the firm’s technology control environment, reduce technology risk, and maintain regulatory outcomes.

You will translate regulatory obligations into clear control expectations, monitor control health, drive remediation, and report on risk posture to senior leaders. This role requires collaboration across LOBs, Product Owners, Risk and Compliance teams, and the use of enterprise AI capabilities for evidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, controls, or assessments.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks and regulatory expectations; familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Own technology risk management for your scope, identifying material risks and reporting outcomes.
• Set and enforce control expectations by translating regulatory obligations into practical guidance.
• Monitor control effectiveness across key technology risk domains and identify gaps for improvements.
• Lead control assessments and ensure strong evidence quality and audit readiness.
• Drive end-to-end issue and action-plan management with remediation prioritization and closure.
