Job summary

You will partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to report on technology risk posture and drive innovative risk-management solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk/workflow processes.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and align outcomes with security/auditability requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage tech risk with root-cause analysis.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive reporting.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to regulatory compliance.
• Promote AI-assisted, reuse-first approaches while ensuring human oversight and auditability.
