You will identify risks, design mitigating controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that promote best practices and regulatory compliance. Lead analytics-driven assurance, govern control effectiveness, and leverage AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and reporting for senior executives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with technology systems and cyber/technology risk management activities, including control effectiveness assessments, reporting, and mitigation tracking.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices (NIST, ISO, FFIEC, GDPR).
• Technical proficiency in AI risk governance and data security, securing platforms, applications, and business processes with AI threats understanding.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk/workflows — validating AI outputs and ensuring security and auditability.
• Experience applying data analytics and data-driven approaches to risk identification, control testing, and assurance.
• Ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategy.

• Define and maintain technology control requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clear outcomes and measurable expectations.
• Apply technology risk and control expertise in Change Management, Incident Management, and Event Management.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to enable cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and documentation, supporting findings formalization and closure.
• Govern governance of control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture.
• Develop analytics-driven assurance approaches for risk identification, prioritization, and control assessments.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting, ensuring security compliance.
