Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Watford brand experience store. You will oversee daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a premium customer journey from greeting to after-sales support.

In this hands-on retail role you will optimise store performance, manage stock and visual merchandising, and execute campaigns to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining excellent service standards for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in store management, retail operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in consumer electronics or premium retail is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards across sales, service, operations, and presentation.
• Drive store commercial performance through strong leadership, coaching, and customer engagement.
• Lead from the shop floor to motivate and develop the store team.
• Manage rosters, staffing levels, and floor planning to ensure effective store coverage.
