Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in London HQ is seeking an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Associate Director to own an established Technology Contract desk. You will lead by example, drive business development, and mentor a team of consultants across levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a Technology niche).
Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
Experience developing consultants at varying levels.
A hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for coaching others.

Responsibilities

Lead by example through proactive business development, client meetings, and networking.
Manage, motivate, and develop consultants from trainee to senior level.
Grow and maintain key client relationships across the Technology market.
Recruit and train new consultants, creating a culture of high performance.
