Job summary

Sustain Talent Consulting is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to grow their tech and data recruitment knowledge in a specialist consultancy. You will work with experienced consultants, build candidate and client relationships, and gain ownership over opportunities with guidance and development.

The role is three days a week in the London office, with a structured learning path, training opportunities, and a collaborative environment to build commercial confidence.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to recruitment; ready to progress.
• Strong communication style and drive.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
• Interest in technology and data markets is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and understand their goals.
• Learn specialist markets in technology and data.
• Support business development and identify client opportunities.
• Engage with hiring managers to understand problems.
• Source, approach, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Interview and assess candidates.
• Advise clients on talent availability and recruitment strategy.
• Negotiate offers and manage the process end-to-end.
• Develop your network in the technology market.
• Use recruitment tools and data to build stronger shortlists.
• Develop commercial understanding of how successful tech businesses operate.
