Job summary

Oh Polly London, England, United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional tech initiatives spanning ERP, WMS, PIM, and digital product projects. You will work with multiple teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive change with limited supervision.

You will be comfortable handling large-scale change programmes and introducing AI‑driven initiatives while building robust plans, budgets, governance, and strong vendor relationships in a fast‑moving fashion tech

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Retail data understanding beneficial.
• Experience with PIM, WMS, ERP, or e-commerce projects is a plus.
• Strong operations and project management process knowledge.
• Capex and opex management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced environment.
• Influencing skills and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to take on testing, support, operations or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to define scope and benefits.
• Manage partner selection processes.
• Escalate and adjust project direction and scope as needed.
• Develop project budgets with partners and control them.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies within the team.
• Create high-quality and robust project plans.
• Define and implement good project management practices.
• Help foster an agile and responsive culture.
• Compile and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Manage senior stakeholders within Oh Polly and third-party suppliers.
