Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a related investment environment.
• Exposure to M&A transactions and investment processes.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience analysing financial, commercial, and market data.
• Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities
• Conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis to inform investment decisions
• Build and maintain financial models
• Assist with due diligence processes across live transactions
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and investment proposals
• Support M&A execution and transaction management activities
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key business metrics
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and value creation projects within portfolio companies
• Assist with quarterly reporting and investment documentation
• Collaborate across multiple live deals and projects simultaneously
