Job summary

You will evaluate deals, conduct market research, work with management teams and advisers, and contribute to deal execution and value creation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity or transaction-focused consulting.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of M&A transactions, financial due diligence and investment processes.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in working closely with portfolio companies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative investment environment.
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in private equity.
