The Role

• Evaluating new investment opportunities within enterprise software and technology‑enabled services
• Building detailed financial models, investment cases, and valuation analyses
• Conducting commercial, market, and competitive diligence
• Supporting deal execution, including coordination with advisors and management teams
• Working closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, strategic projects, and board materials
• Contributing to ongoing portfolio monitoring and exit preparation

The role offers significant exposure to senior investment professionals and company management, with clear progression opportunities over time.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or corporate development, with strong exposure to technology or software
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• A strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software business models
• Commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology‑driven growth businesses
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a lean, fast‑paced environment
