Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a leader to head Performance & Insights for Technology, delivering a clear line of sight between strategy and outcomes. The role guides the development of performance measures, governance and data quality to enable evidence-based decision making.

The ideal candidate will drive maturity in performance management, partner with senior stakeholders, and lead a team to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading performance, strategy, planning or transformation in a large Technology organisation.
• Proven expertise in performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) and organisational health measures.
• Experience with performance reporting, analytics, automation and visualisation tools, plus data governance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Impactful communication and storytelling with executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of Technology Performance Framework and OKR approach.
• Own the Technology performance cadence, measures and governance.
• Define measures with clear ownership, definitions, data quality and reporting.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insight and recommendations.
• Build partnerships with Technology, Finance, Portfolio and business stakeholders.
• Develop the Performance & Insights team through coaching and governance.
