Little Dot Studios in London is seeking a Technology Specialist to join the Tech Operations team. You will provide world-class tech support by email or in person, log incidents, manage tickets, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in customer-facing tech support, is comfortable with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Google Workspace, and enjoys collaborating across teams to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a tech support role, preferably in media or tech.
• Familiar with macOS, Windows, iOS and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with VC and AV systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, LANs, WANs & Wireless, TCP/IP and VoIP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networking.
• Committed to excellent customer service and resolving tickets.
• Effective communicator across diverse settings.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to change.
• Builds rapport with end users at all levels.
• Active listener and empathetic in sensitive interactions.
• Manages time well and prioritises tasks.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Taking ownership of support requests, ensuring they are logged and updated in appropriate systems.
• Escalating more complex problems to the relevant personnel, collaborating effectively and keeping end users updated.
• Conducting administration of identity platforms including Okta to set up user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Configuring and build end user devices in a timely fashion, for deployment at scale.
• Carrying out day to day maintenance, administration and support on end user devices including laptops and mobiles/tablets.
• Contributing to the growing Tech Ops knowledge-base, updating internal and customer facing documentation.
• Mentoring Junior Technology Specialists and helping to create a supportive environment.
• Maintaining asset register and ensuring equipment availability for loans or replacements.
• Adhering to best practices and policies for infrastructure, data, communication and security.
