JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive development of a new low-latency wholesale banking platform for the Corporate & Investment Bank Payments business. You will lead the technical delivery, write secure, high-performance code, and mentor a global team across product, architecture, and infrastructure.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on enterprise software development concepts.
• Excellent understanding of Java 17+ fundamentals and frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot).
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Blazemeter, JMeter).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and CockroachDB, resiliency, recoverability, security.
• Experience designing complex distributed systems and writing architectural artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop latency-sensitive code with security considerations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Senior Engineers on technical design.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Assess risks and ensure operational stability at scale.
• Contribute to team growth, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with secure validation.
• Provide production support and coordinate releases.
