Job summary

Push Gaming Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of our shared game framework. You will lead a small team, spend most of your time coding and shaping architecture, with mentoring and reviews as core duties.

The role is hybrid, based in London or Warsaw, reporting to Head of Game Development. You will design, document and evolve the engine, tooling and libraries used across multiple games.

Qualifications

• Expert experience with TypeScript and a PixiJS-class rendering engine (PixiJS v8).
• Slot or iGaming client development with server-authoritative outcomes.
• Experience building shared libraries, SDKs or engines used by multiple teams.
• Track record of shipping complex commercial games and solving hard problems.
• Strong debugging, profiling and cross-device performance skills.
• Ability to drive technical decisions with non-reporting peers.
• Typically 5+ years in game client development, including senior technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Set and document the technical direction of the framework (engine, shared mechanics, templates, tooling).
• Design and evolve shared packages with backwards compatibility and clear migration notes.
• Build tooling to produce game variants and reskins from a common base.
• Own the code review bar for the framework and mentor the team.
• Serve as the technical contact for game teams and server-side engineers.
• Provide honest estimates, assess risk and plan technical debt sequencing.
• Document decisions, standards and package READMEs as part of done.
