Mythwright is seeking a Senior Engineer in the UK to own gameplay code and the technical decisions that keep our titles ship-ready. This is a hands-on role with most time spent in the build and implementation, guiding prototyping to engine-scale choices.

You will lead engineering across gameplay and tools, collaborate with design and art, and ensure scalable, maintainable systems. Remote work available within the UK and Europe, focused on rapid iteration and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on shipped games.
• Strong Unity experience and tooling knowledge.
• Expertise in rapid prototyping and live iteration workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own the engineering of our games and addons; prototype to production.
• Define and execute the game's technical roadmap and pipelines.
• Enable design and art teams with efficient tools and workflows.
• Establish robust infrastructure and build pipelines to support fast iteration.
