E-Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive a legacy migration programme from AS/400 to Azure and .NET, using AI to accelerate development. You will define system design, make technology decisions, and present rationale to Architects and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong experience with Azure/.NET, and familiarity with GenAI/Agentic AI. The position is based in Sutton with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with migrating legacy systems to Azure/.NET.
• Proven track record in large migration projects (AS/400 or similar).
• Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI for development is beneficial.
