Job summary

Technimove is seeking an HR Manager to own the people experience, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, reward and HR administration. This hands-on 360° role partners with the People & Talent Partner and SLT to deliver an engaging employee experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and engagement initiatives, and ensure UK compliance. A Level 5 CIPD and practical SME HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification and UK employment law knowledge.
• Hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Experience using HiBob and Ashby.
• Experience in SME or standalone HR role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, CV screening, interviews and candidate assessment.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and mandatory training including H&S.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters with UK compliance.
• Administer compensation and benefits review.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with SLT on people projects and drive improvements.
