Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• 3+ years PQE in Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Experience partnering with technology leadership.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and cloud spend.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience in technology or SaaS businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global CTO and leadership to provide finance insights.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Commercial Software teams.
• Deliver month-end reporting and variance analysis.
• Monitor SaaS metrics: headcount, cloud spend, licensing, profitability.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Support capex and opex classification and cost capitalisation.
• Challenge cost and investment decisions to maximise value.
• Improve reporting processes and data quality with BI best practices.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for initiatives, contracts, pricing decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive work environment.
