Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the Commercial Software function. You’ll partner directly with the Global CTO and leadership team, turning financial, investment, and performance data into actionable insights that shape business decisions.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence investment priorities, drive financial performance, and help create greater transparency across a growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• 3+ years PQE in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Experience partnering with technology teams and senior leaders.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial information into actionable insights for leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning for Commercial Software teams.
• Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, and commentary on actual vs budget/forecast.
• Monitor KPIs including headcount, cloud spend, SaaS licensing, and project profitability.
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases to support decisions.
