Job summary

Eurosoft Tech Ltd is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base across London. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting customers, presenting solutions and closing new business.

A confident, self-motivated salesperson who enjoys relationship building will be rewarded for results. You will generate new business, arrange meetings with decision makers, tailor demos, prepare quotes, and manage your pipeline to meet targets while collaborating with internal

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales, ideally in technology or software.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident approaching new customers and handling objections.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and visiting potential customers.
• Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with decision makers across London.
• Present and demonstrate our technology solutions, tailoring them to each customer’s needs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and diary to make the best use of your time in the field.
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits and sales activity in the CRM.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Work closely with the internal sales, support and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and networking opportunities when required.
