Job summary

SAE Creative Media Institute, London, is seeking a Campus Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance to students, maintain studios and classrooms, and support campus events and equipment management. You will work under the Campus Manager to ensure health and safety and deliver high-quality technical services.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a relevant degree, and rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have rights to work in the UK and live within commutable distance to the Campus in London.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Knowledge of and industry experience in a related discipline area.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support and guidance to SAE students.
• Prepare classrooms and studios for lessons and maintain a professional environment.
• Oversee student directed study and support campus events.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and software; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain records of equipment loans and manage stock levels.
