You will collaborate with hiring managers, shape candidate experiences, and support growth for one of the UK’s leading engineering and IT consultancies.

You will drive sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes, build a strong leadership pipeline, and deliver data-driven insights to optimise hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English mandatory and strong communication skills.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to source and engage with senior leaders and engineers.
• Proven track record in fast-paced recruitment environments.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: identify and engage leadership and specialist candidates.
• Candidate Identification: headhunting, LinkedIn, and mapping.
• End-to-End Recruitment: screen CVs, conduct interviews, manage relationships with directors and candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: ensure a positive journey from initial contact to onboarding.
• Leadership Pipeline Development: build a pool to meet current and future needs.
• Market Insights: perform talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: optimise recruitment workflows for technical leadership roles.
