Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source potential candidates via job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate the recruitment process with candidates and involved team members.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and communicate company values and culture.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
