Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing technology business in Altrincham. You will provide essential admin support across deployment projects, maintain plans and trackers, and help keep stakeholders updated from planning to completion.

The role offers full training, exposure to large-scale tech deployments, and genuine career progression within the project team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple deployment projects.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation.
• Prepare project reports and update stakeholders on progress.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Review project documentation and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Monitor project milestones and deadlines.
• Escalate any risks or issues where appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement within project processes.
• Assist with general administration to ensure successful project delivery.
