Job summary

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a Junior Deployment Manager to join a technology solutions business in Altrincham, Cheshire. The role supports planning and delivery of nationwide deployment projects for hospitality and retail clients, offering a structured pathway into project management within a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate installations with engineers and suppliers, maintain project documentation, produce status reports, and keep stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or junior PM role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of nationwide deployment projects.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Produce reports, status updates and deployment documentation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and installation documentation.
• Support stock forecasting and deployment planning.
• Identify risks and escalate issues.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide general project administration.
